Building a swimming pool or wellness area in Puglia will be easier. The Apulia Region, in fact, has implemented a series of actions to speed up the practices of Title II or PSR aimed at tourist and agricultural structures.
We talked about it with the subsidized finance expert Dr. Stefano Nannavecchia.
“At this time, subsidized finance takes on a strategic role for those companies that are experiencing a critical phase, but who want to restart and look to the future. Puglia is a Region that today more than ever is attentive to the needs of businesses to support the projects and initiatives of private companies”.
The Apulia Region has put in place a series of tools for individuals and micro-enterprises that will allow for an acceleration of the preliminary investigation procedures.
“In the last few weeks – says Dr. Nannavecchia – the Region is putting in place a mass of resources to stay close to the tourism sector companies and those related to the tourism sector that give added value to the tourism offer, with resources falling under Title II for tourism, together with further targeted resources to support the activities that were already in place and other specific measures designed to face and overcome this difficult moment, with the aim of satisfying liquidity needs through microcredit”.
Important opportunities that interest tourism businesses, as well as the private individual who intends to renovate a small trullo, a historic residence, or a country residence, also for the construction of swimming pools and wellness areas.
“Expansion, modernization or renovations are all interventions provided for in Title II – says Nannavecchia – both for existing tourist facilities and bathing establishments, but also for ancient artifacts that characterize the land of Apulia, including farms, trulli or B&Bs, admitted for funding facilitated also aimed at providing the facilities with all comforts, including a swimming pool or a wellness area”.
